I know it'll be tough getting people to spend an afternoon in the basement on a sunny, warm Sunday but lets give it a try. I was also thinking teams of two? With virtual pitstops and tire changes - Dave Bowers has some amazing software. You'll be given time to practice and get used to it. It really adds a whole other dimension to the racing.
Cars are just allowed to be blueprinted with a max of a 21.5K motor (or whatever the stock boxxer motor in the Sideways is rated at). Tires are open but must be publicly available. TNT or lint rollers only, no lighter fluid. Guides can be swapped out. No weight on the outside of the car. No gearing changes. Tires must be within the confines of the fenders. And of course, no magnets...
Racers:
1. Mark G. 2. Jim N. 3. Dave B. 4.

The Racer/Slot.it motor is rated at 20.5k and the ScaleAuto is rated at 20k. Stock motor pods or can you put a Slot.it motor pod in?
I don't think I can make it. Will have to see how things are going then.
